    I still get excited about that first look at the data.  I love telling its story, identifying opportunities for my clients and giving them confidence in their decisions.

    I have two small kids who keep me on my toes but enjoy exercise (anything I can squeeze in really), a good box set and a gin cocktail or three.

    A classically trained researcher, I love to explore new ways market research can help my clients better understand how and why people make the decisions they do.

    I also enjoy all things bike related… watching, riding and buying (particularly buying).

    I’m passionate about using qual techniques to solve complex issues large and small and building strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

    Outside work I’m also part of the Redblue peloton, but save energy occasionally by swapping pedal power for one of my growing collection of motorcycles.

    I love using research and complex statistical methods (where needed!) to uncover insights that allow brands to fulfill their potential.

    I also enjoy pub quizzes, brewing my own beer, and am a (blindly) loyal Wolverhampton Wanderers supporter.

    I spent most of my career in the world of brand consultancy, and love finding out how markets work, what drives people’s behaviour and making clear how businesses can grow.

    I’m also partial to craft beer, quirky museums and larking about in soft play areas (with my toddler son).

    I’ve worked in Field for 10+ years and during this time have built great relationships with my recruiters, viewing facilities and suppliers. 

    Living in Brighton, I spend my weekends being bossed around by my toddler daughter and occasionally escaping for a lazy lunch by the sea.

    I'm an experienced qualitative researcher who loves looking beyond the obvious to explore subtler messages and working iteratively with clients to get the best out of projects.

    When not working, I play ‘social’ netball and hockey far too competitively, and enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family.

    Associate Director

    Experienced in qual and quant research I enjoy questioning big ideas and exploring small details, and am yet to find a project I haven’t found interesting.

    When not in the office, I'm likely to be found at the cinema or enjoying London's food markets.

    With over 14 years experience I’m used to dealing with all kinds of recruitment challenges and always ensure we find exactly who we need to speak to.

    A wearer of too much black, I like festivals with the comfort of a camper van and trying to teach Dennis, the French Bulldog that I’m in charge (I'm not).

    I continue my love of data outside work as a follower of county cricket, and am a real ale fanatic.

    Outside of work I enjoy playing netball and exercising when I can. I also enjoy trying out new restaurants and having drinks with friends.

    When not at work, you’ll either find me at a musical, singing somewhere, eating pasta, binge watching a new show or struggling through a 10k run!

    Outside of work I continue the Redblue theme as an avid follower of Wales’ prestigious national rugby team and Cardiff City FC.

    With a background in media and comms research, I love working collaboratively with clients, and uncovering insight to help shape great brand strategies.

    Outside of work you’ll often find me doing something food-related (baking, or trying out a new brunch spot), as well as planning my next trip to an exotic location!
