passion for customer experience and product
development research. She has 10 years'
experience as an agency-side researcher and has
also spent invaluable time client-side at BSkyB.

Joel is Redblue's qual specialist but also has
a strong grounding in the dark arts of quant.
Consequently he enjoys mixed methodology
projects, particularly around emerging tech
and consumer needs.

Greg's a quantitative researcher with over
10 years' agency-side experience. Over the
years he's enjoyed working across a wide
range of ad-hoc and continuous tracking
studies and has more recently focused on
brand and comms research.
